Our indoor atrium provides the feel of an outdoor wedding without having to worry about the Minnesota weather. With fire places, pergolas, wood flooring and natural lighting from our 10 story glass ceiling, our atrium allows your guests to have a true Minnesota experience. We also have private event spaces that are a great option for couples who want a completely private ceremony.

Our banquet facilities provide guests with the perfect location to host a meeting. The hotel can host successful events in 11,000 sq. ft. of meeting space including boardrooms, meeting rooms and two ballrooms. The largest ballroom measures 3,358 sq. ft. and is able to accommodate up to 400 people. Catering and Event Managers are on-hand to assist with seating plans, menus and A/V equipment.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport is an all-suite hotel featuring two-room suites with a separate living and sleeping area, wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave. Each overnight guests starts the day with a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast in the atrium. They will also enjoy our evening reception, featuring alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with light snacks.
